Simon obtained an Honours Degree in Estate Management at Newcastle University in 1991, and in 1994 became a full as well as being an RICS Registered Valuer and Business Valuer. 

Simon’s career began in 1992 qualifying a full Member of the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 1994 with international property consultants, DTZ Investors based in Mayfair, London for whom he primarily undertook property valuations throughout the UK. He is the founding partner, majority shareholder and managing director of Levene Property Consultants Ltd t/a Levene Chartered Surveyors which trades as a multi disciplined property valuation, estate agency, property management and surveying practise employing up to 20 members of staff including 11 RICS Registered Valuers based on London, the South East, the Midlands and North West. The business having sold 50% of its estate agency and property management arm in 2020 these parts of the business which now trade as Simon & Simon Estate Agents and Levene Commercial.   Simon is mainly focussed on property valuation of commercial, residential and development property for a variety of purposes including loan security, litigation/expert evidence, taxation, acquisitions/disposals and provides consultancy and auditing services to a number of bridging/development loan providers throughout London and South-East.

A married man with two adult professional children, a keen interest in motor sport, rowing and travel he is currently aged 55 years.

His wealth of business experience has made him commercially aware and competent to deal with a full range of complex business matters including the development and administration of commercial enterprises.

Simon is best described as a highly experienced property professional and expert property valuer.
