We will collect contact telephone numbers in order that we can contact you to organise viewings, update you on offers received or rental applications for your property.
Where you are not the legal owner of the property we will request information in support of your authority to sell or let the property (e.g. Power of Attorney, Guardianship Order, Grant of Probate).
